This Coldwell Banker office is using deceptive practices to try and drum up business. I recently received a text out of the blue from someone named "Amy" who somehow also knew my exact home address and asked if I was interested in selling. I replied asking "Who is this?". Later that day I got a phone call from someone named "Bruce Harstad" with Coldwell Banker in Blackhawk.
