Pretty good relative to a lot of the places in DTLA. It is a concrete building, so noise is not an issue, and the people there mostly keep to themselves but are all pretty nice. The bathtubs are out of control good, but I you probably should not take a bath as a Californian. The security is minimal with doormen only for certain hours in the evening. I've never lived here but I will say one thing. I helping a friend look for an apartment. I left them 4-5 messages-atleast. The woman got back to me well over a week later. The woman said she was on vacation. So let me get this...if she's on vacation there is nobody to fill in. NOBODY? REALLY? She was probably busy eating pastrami sandwiches. If she is also the contact for tenants that have issues or concerns in the building...oh man..they are in trouble. Not cool.
So you've been living in a hotel in West Hollywood for a few months and decide, 'Hey... I should probably start living like a real person as opposed to a Kardashian, huh?' Enter: The Judson. I've looked at numerous lofts in DTLA and simply put, there hasn't been one that has been comparable to the Judson. The cost is exceptionally reasonable (and I have far more space than the 350 sq. foot, $1,600 studios going in around this place!) and my unit is open, quiet and it feels like me...
