If you have diabetes, go somewhere else. They will treat you like shit. They tried to give me medication that would have killed me if I picked it up and took it as I told them many times. They still filled it and wanted me to take it. The don’t listen when you go into the office for an appointment and just try to get you on something new to make money. Place has improved a lot since moving to the new center. I am always in and out and my A1C has never been so good. I am happy to be working with the same people each visit.
I was assaulted by a resident doctor here in 2022 and it forever changed my life for the worst. Severe ptsd and no justice for what happened. I turned it in I was young and they told me I could not speak to the police or anything mocked me as I'm shaking crying turning it in. The fact I am a woman and so was the Doctor made them not care at all and I told them that only to be laughed at again. These people are sick and vile do not bring your children here. The location is pretty... that's what they get the 1 star for. I'd rather have a location that actually focused on a child's health rather than just looking pretty. The phone system is the worst EVER (and this is after experiencing the healthcare in multiple states including Nevada and in NYC). They are often extremely arrogant and have entered my child's RX incorrectly or NOT AT ALL for several weeks now. They make mistakes and say, "o well we're human" REALLY???
