The phlebotomist BUTCHERED my arm, the doctor took almost an hour to see me, and when it comes to prescriptions I was basically abandoned. I use omnipod for insulin delivery and when I was low on pods I called insulet to ask for more and they said they couldn't because the multiple faxes they'd tried sending over the past few weeks hadn't been responded to.
