The mailbox has been broken for some time and has not been repaired. I had to go to the post office to pick up my mail, but even there, they were not able to clearly locate where it was being held, so I am still missing some mail. There are no in-unit washing machines, so residents must use shared laundry facilities. However, the machines are often not clean, which makes them uncomfortable to use. I love this place, it is affordable and you it close by to restaurants, stores, everything. The lady in the office Milagros and the manager is very kind and helpful.

If I could give it no stars I would. This place is disgusting, both the apartments which have a humongous roach problem, and their conduct. The building is unsafe, there are cracks in the concrete on the higher floors and the buildings itself look awful and old. The apartment management changed hands like 3 times with a few months a few years ago. That should be a good indication that no one wants this place.
