The mailbox is broken, and they refuse to fix it. I had to go to the post office to get my mail, but the post office didn’t know where the mail was stored, so I still haven’t received some of it. There are no washing machines in the apartments, so I had to use the shared laundry, but the washing machines were always dirty and I didn’t want to use them. The office was always closed. If I could give it no stars I would. This place is disgusting, both the apartments which have a humongous roach problem, and their conduct. The building is unsafe, there are cracks in the concrete on the higher floors and the buildings itself look awful and old. The apartment management changed hands like 3 times with a few months a few years ago. That should be a good indication that no one wants this place. This apartment complex is a complete joke... maintenance sucks, staff is lazy... the hot water issue here never gets resolved... Sandalwood management didn't accomplish anything taking over this property... DO NOT CONSIDER THIS PLACE....
inally left this terrible apartment! The room is full of cockroaches！ But cockroaches are not the worst. The previous review mentioned that there is no light on the stairs！no refund after changing the laundry system！and the water fee was charged twice it’s all true! My parents fell because there was no light in the stairwell, and we reported it to the apartment office but the management did not fix it. I had to buy a replacement light bulb on Amazon myself.
