Horrible 1st time experience. Dr. Chavez has an ego problem. He’s rude, condescending and unprofessional. I was so uncomfortable I had to leave. The WORST place ever!!!
Horrible customer service. I have been going to joint locations for years and have always been so nice and helpful but I have had multiple problems with the Plano/Stonebriar location. Today I went in at 1:53 and the girl at the front was incredible rude and did not even greet me and told me they were going to lunch in 7 minutes and I could come back at 2:45.
