they could tell their customers that their membership automatically renews itself instead of telling the customer the membership ends on such and such date! they told me my membership ends on the 14th but I got a charge on my credit card for 69$ on the 18th and they wont refund me the money, and when I tried to cancel the membership over the phone and they wouldn't do that either they said they could send me an email or I could go in person, I'll never be using their services again.
RecommendedI come for adjustments twice a week due to scoliosis and chronic pain, but I never feel rushed through. Dr. Dan always asks if there is anything new he should know and takes the time to address any concerns. He also is knowledgeable with some muscular and physical therapy-type things, and suggests stretches and exercises to help with recovery or maintenance. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful as well.
The doctors are awesome and there's never a long wait. The prices and wellness packages are extremely reasonable. Instant relief every time!
ok well July 1st I got suckered into a "deal" for $96 which included 5 visits and 3 free visits. note you have to use them within the month after the months due card voucher no longer valid. when I went in for my 4th visit I told them that if I could pause it and pick it back up after after a busy job picked up to 13-13's. but before I could finish what I had to say the lady, she cut me off and said no which pissed me off that I didn't wait for my appointment and walked out. what I didn't know is that they would still be cha... read more
