Visiting from Atlanta and really pleased with the experience at this location. Both Latavia and Dr. Armstrong were very friendly, the visit was quick and Dr. Armstrong did a fantastic job addressing my pain points. As a bonus, he had some great recommendations on things to do while in town. A++
I decided to stop into the 14th Street location while in the area. I had been in pain for a few weeks, but couldn't find time to get in to my local practice before closing hours. It was literally the best decision I made that day. Dr. Armstrong was amazing; he was pleasant, patient, well-informed, asked questions, and used multiple methods to address the problem area. I dropped in with some serious pain I incurred during my travels to and around DC. Dr. Armstrong gave me an excellent adjustment and several hours later I was free of pain. Those who are new to chiropractic and others will appreciate how he explains the process and his steps during the adjustment. LaTavia helped me process my paperwork and billed my HSA card without a hitch. I recommend this practice without hesitation.
The Joint is amazing. I was skeptical about receiving care here because it’s a chain and they have rotating doctors but everyone I’ve seen has been great. Wait times are almost non-existent. The adjustments are on point (especially the one I just had by Dr. Roland), and the front desk staff is kind and professional, especially Latavia.
Dr. Armstrong is best! He’s very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. I always feel better after an adjustment. My lower back pain has subsided while under is care, which goes back to the King Street location. I highly recommend Dr. Armstrong for your chiropractic needs.
