I’m very disappointed with how this chiropractic office handles memberships and billing. I signed up for a 2-month membership after being clearly told by the staff that it would only last for two months. However, I was charged for a third month without my consent. When I called to ask why, I was told I needed to inform them if I didn’t want to continue. That was never mentioned when I signed up. If I had known that, I would’ve canceled ahead of time. Omgoodness..I feel so blessed to have found this place! The girls I met there (Fontana & Maria) are so kind. I suffer from chronic neck/upper back pain and have been procrastinating on visiting a chiropractor. They make everything so easy and wow! It is extremely affordable!
