Horrible service and really rude receptionist
Management of The Joint is 1 star, and that's being kind. The doctors are really professional and knowledgeable, and I feel worthy of 5 stars and deserve the praise - hence the rating. The chiroprators: The staff and doctors are great and very personable and it has a friendly feel, especially if you're a regular. Closed early before 6:25pm. Hours say they are open till 7pm
How hard is it to update Google business hours? I just drove there for 40 minutes to find a piece of paper on the door saying that they were closed. We don't live in the 1900s A monkey can update google business hours. I love Dr. Jenna and Dr. Benjamin. But the admin stuff appears to be a mess.
This place is an absolute nightmare and feels like a straight-up membership trap. I canceled my membership back in September and they are STILL charging me. I have tried multiple times to cancel, phone calls go unanswered, emails are ignored, and nobody seems to care until you show up in person.
