I was honestly about ready to cancel my membership because under the old ownership this place was always closed or never had enough doctors around. It was super frustrating. But since the new owners took over, it’s been a complete turnaround! The office is always open now, and every doctor I’ve seen has been awesome. Extremely Disappointed with The Joint Chiropractic in Pleasanton. I have been a loyal client of The Joint and genuinely enjoy their chiropractic services, which makes this experience all the more disappointing. Due to an unexpected family emergency that required me to leave the country, I was unable to use my membership for two months.
