I have been seeing Dr Touchet for over 15 years . Dr Touchet is amazing at what he does and has kept me upright and walking . He is more that a snap and crack , see you next week Chiropractor, but he goes further into back health and wellness . I would not trust my back to anyone else in Lexington.
Started seeing Dr. Touchet about 3 years ago when he was at Shady Grove Chiropractic. He's not only been fantastic with general adjustments, but after being diagnosed with a foraminal stenosis in my neck, his adjustments have improved the range of painless motion in my neck dramatically. Thanks to that, I don't need the meds prescribed to me for the previous pain. Highly recommend his practice.
