I WAS A FAN.. until the Doctor just threatened to call the cops and have me arrested for trespassing, bc i wouldn't wear a mask inside and told him I wanted to cancel my membership. He came around the corner from treating patients, mind you to stick his finger in my face and tell me not to make it political and it is for the care of others. You stuck your finger in the wrong person's face, Doc!

Billed me $118 a month for 6+ months for two memberships after I canceled my memberships. A few weeks ago I went and thought they had everything resolved including a refund. Today, I checked my account, and they billed me again........
I signed up for adjustments and found out that I have a medical problem where the Doctor suggested that I dont get anymore adjustments until they do further tests. Called The Joint, told them about diagnosis. She said she would freeze my account until they got a written diagnosis from my Doctor. I sent it The Joint, but they still charged my account for three months. I tried to get get a refund and they refused. Dr Touchet is great. He is the only one I let do my adjustments.
I've had severe back pain, on and off, for close to 5 years now. My family Dr kept telling me it was only a pulled muscle, and to take pain killers, every time I threw my back out. Several months ago I went to The Joint, after many people in my life told me to see a chiropractor. I could barely walk. I haven't been in pain since that day. Maybe it's not for everyone, but they've changed my life, and I'd recommend that anyone with back pain give them a try, and LISTEN to what they say!
It was quick and easy. Hurts for the first day, but it's because it's the first time I've been adjusted in years and all the abuse my shoulders have been through finally came back in full force. Gonna be going back Saturday for another adjustment and hopefully that one will set me straight
