I had a monthly membership with The Joint Chiropractic for a while and eventually cancelled because I wasn’t seeing any real results. Six months later, I noticed they were charging my card again. When I called, they told me my account had been “frozen” and then automatically restarted. No call, no email, no authorization… just charges.
