Scam. They suck. Alot
I went this cheap route. I came in with discomfort and max pain of 8 after an 8 hour shift. Now I’m in a lot of pain and after a 6 hour shift I was a 10 on the pain scale and was almost in tears. I went back another day to complain and they kept saying it was normal to have soreness. I insisted it wasn’t soreness, that I was in a lot of pain. The chiro there that day wasn’t the same I had. Unfortunately The website states that there are no appointments and that “walk-in-are-welcome” however this location does not take walk-ins. I went there this morning and was turned away AS A NEW CLIENT. They have plenty of advertisement and deals for “new client” and advertise “No appointments” but I was told to “make an appointment for another time” this is not as convenient for me if I need to make appointments to come here. Deception with the FSA and wellness plan. Wasn't made aware of the length of the contract and was overcharged. They obviously deal with this often because they knew how to respond immediately to any questions. I would have never signed an extended contract had there been trenchancy to the length of it.
Stay away! They fool you by telling you that you can decide to use it month to month and then they charge you and tell you they won't cancel it. They take advantage of you while you are in pain, give you a bunch of pages to sign so you can get treatment and take money for services you never received! They may be legally right but they are morally corrupt.. lying and scheming against customers that don’t want to continue with their services after being there only once. Warning,HUGE WARNING everyone!!! Make sure that you'll have an hour to read every single fine print on the contract before you sign it. DO NOT listen to any employee there talk you into signing a contract,even the chiropractors. NOBODY there will explain how their contract works,no transparency at all. It is best if you bring a business lawyer,financial advisor,and a CPA to help you . By the way,the receptionists seem like they're having covid ( very little energy ). They don't need any vaccine, just some red bulls.
My second request to get my refund back was unsuccessful. On March 24th, I purchased 6 sessions and only used 2. The intro session was for 15 minutes. My back hurt after the session more than it did prior to the adjustment. I returned the second time and the chiro on duty only spent 5 minutes. After the second adjustment, my back was even worse than when I went in the the first treatment. Complete sham shop. I'm requesting a refund for sessions not used. . I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE HOURS WHICH MAKES IT EASY WITH MY BUSY SCHEDULE TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS AND THEY HAVE DECENT PAYMENT PLANS FOR THOSE WITHOUT INSURANCE. VERY CARING DOCTOR
Don't ever step foot in this place. Especially on Sundays. You will be treated with the upmost disrespect by the rudest most inconsiderate people in the industry. Again especially on Sundays. You will waste your time with the most lame chiropractor you've ever been to in your life that not only won't do you any good but probably will do you harm.
