I joined your monthly program. I had a pretty bad back injury. the place was recommended so I thought I'd try it. unfortunately I don't think your volume oriented business is really directed towards people with injuries. on the endless repetitive paperwork that has to be filled out at the first visit I specifically stated due to a severe injury do not touch my neck. 3 times while examining my neck they just decided to go ahead and adjust it the last visit leaving me with a severe lack of mobility and a lot of pain. the commo... read more

RecommendedThe staff at the front desk was very welcoming. Dr. Farnsworth had taken the time between clients to introduce himself to me (new client). They accomplished the balance of feeling welcome, working quick and being safe. This was my first time having my neck adjusted and it was freaky but my pain has decreased about 80% as expected. Looking forward to my next visit.
Dr. Farnsworth is DA MAN. He's VERY gifted... extremely knowledgeable... very deliberate in his treatment. He is just so kind... treats ya like family. My sister was visiting from Chicago and I recommended him (of course) for her adjustments. She absolutely loved him and will be back to see him when she visits me.
Such a friendly staff and knowledgeable doctor! Thank you for helping me put this humpty dumpty (affordably) back together again!
These folks are like family!!! Aside from helping me feel great physically and being the easiest medical visits anyone will ever have, they are the friendliest and provide amazing customer service! Dr. Farnsworth and Helen truly care individually for each of their patients.
I have had a consistent headache that won’t go away for at least 2 weeks. Went to The Joint yesterday to see if it would help. The appointment was super quick, and the doctor & staff were very friendly. The doctor adjusted my neck as well as a portion of my back & I could tell right away that it helped. He also told me things I could do to avoid the headaches coming back. Woke up this morning with NO HEADACHE!! I’m so grateful & relieved to have that pain gone & will definitely continue going.
I love this location! I have neck issues with a bit of pain but Dr Farnsworth does fantastic job adjusting me with no pain! Staff is really nice! Would recommend this location for anyone!
