Since the Joint at Murray Hill lost Dr. Nestler, the location is rarely open. Even worse, I called and was repeatedly given false information about why Dr. Nestler was not there. The Joint has a great business model, but that model is only as good as the people running the clinics. With Dr. Nestler, I always felt that my health was the most important thing whenever I walked through the door. Since he is gone, that is not at all the case. Rude no customer service!
I came in maybe an hour after jarring my back pretty severely and throwing my pelvis out of alignment, resulting in some pretty breathtaking pain. The doctor who did my adjustment was efficient without ever giving me the feeling of being rushed. Frond desk staff are helpful and kind. The only negative in my book was that there are no private rooms - your adjustment happens in a communal area in the back with three tables, and other patients are free to come and go during it. Since Dr. Nestler took over as clinic director, this branch of The Joint has stabilized and become a place where you can reliably come to get a good adjustment. He always does a good job, and doesn't over-adjust or under-adjust. Dr. Vuki, who works on Fridays and Saturdays, is also a welcome addition. Both chiropractors are friendly, capable and have a good sense of humor.
This is always a great experience! I’m in and out with an awesome adjustment!
