I came in to to get an appraisal for some chiropractic care. The professionalism demonstrated by Dr. Julia and the staff should be commended. I was treated with great respect and also with deep understanding and empathy for some of the chiropractic issues that I was facing. A great experience. All in all great work by the team.. Highly recommended I would go back tomorrow.
This is the best Joint Chiropractic location! I’ve tried a few, but Dr. Julia, Dr. Will, and Dr. Nick consistently give precise, effective and complete adjustments that go just a bit beyond what I’ve had at other locations. They are extremely knowledgable and experienced! I have a lot of neck, back and tmj-like issues that can significantly impact my quality of life. Chiro experience is no frills straightforward get what you need done, meets expectations for the franchise. I’ve been here twice. Front desk was unimpressive. Overheard before my appt “Shows she didn’t pay last visit” I was the only woman in the waiting room, but maybe it’s about another patient. After my adjustment reception says “you’re lucky because it shows you didn’t pay in your last visit (over a year ago). I had a very disappointing experience with Jeremy on 02/24 around 6:20 PM. When I walked in, I was not greeted and was simply told to take a seat because he was on the phone. Since it was my first time visiting, I wasn’t sure if I needed to check in. After noticing that others were being called, I approached the counter to ask.
