FYI I purchased a 4 visit package. It was not made clear to me that I was actually signing up for a monthly membership and would be charged that amount each month and that the 4 visits purchased do not roll over to the next month. If you don't use the visits, you lose them. They did refund my money when I asked so I appreciated that.
I recently pinched something in my neck and found myself barely able to move. I could hardly stand and felt like I was going to pass out. As it was noon on a Saturday, my regular chiropractor was unavailable. I was so grateful that Dr. Aaron could see me. He was able to fix me up so that I could walk out of the office unassisted. I truly appreciate him willing to help me when I know they thought I should’ve went to the emergency room instead. Thanks again!
Doctors are great, but The Joint charged my card a full monthly membership twice in less than a month and when I canceled (the same day my card was ran for the second $69) I only had one visit left because they charge you one more month after canceling. Not right. I feel robbed. �
What a wonderful experience today at The Joint! After Joe and Cindy left, I was hoping they would get another excellent chiropractor on staff...then came Dr. Chuck. I walked out feeling like a million buck!!! Thank you so much Dr. Chuck!
