I signed up for a free consultation for a new patient recently. Yesterday (6/23/2020), I went to The Joint on Bethel road Columbus OH to redeem it. The front desk lady was very rude. I showed her an email for a free consultation. She immediately asked me if I was going to sign up for $69 course. I went to The Joint on bethel rd in Columbus I asked in person “ do you guys do adjustments on pregnant woman” the lady at the front desk said yes.... I get to the back the Chiropractor says I don’t have the equipment or the table to do pregnant women but I can still adjust you” then he ask “ can you lay you your stomach”! I’m almost 30 weeks prego !!!! What a waste of money it was painful as hell and I had Back spasms because of it! The session was not catered to me and took 7 mins!!! I went to The Joint for the first time today for lower back/SI joint pain. The doctor was very nice & the adjustment itself was great (and I'm feeling much better). However, the lady up front was SO pushy with the wellness membership. I get that she's probably paid commission bonuses & is constantly pushed to make conversions, but she flirted with the line of being rude & condascending. I just love doctor Aaron and doctor bill.. I have suffered from lower back pain for 16 years from a car accident and they have helped me feel normal again.
I've been here about a month and I've definitely had improvement in my neck and shoulders. I've had Dr. Bill a couple times now and he's great! His attitude is always cheerful and friendly, plus he really listens to you and takes the extra step to make sure you're feeling well walking out of there.
I 100% recommend The Joint. The staff is remarkably nice, and Dr. Aaron helped my back/hips out so much. One of the best chiropractic offices I’ve been too. Very affordable and cheap.
