The adjustments were always good, but I have literally been trying to cancel my "membership" since October 2016...despite speaking to multiple people in the office, in corporate and emailing the locations as well, I have had no luck getting it canceled or even getting anyone to follow up with me. Everytime I speak to a new office assistant, get different information, and am told there is no record of my previous calls...which is not surprising, since there has been an incredible turnover in staff. I really do love this place. The guys are awesome, place is super clean. In and out is my most fav part and I feel great when I leave! The are essential to my active lifestyle, particularly as I age ;)
It's just great to get an adjustment when on vacation at a good office that know what's up. Thank you for a great experience!
