I am writing this for my son as he doesn’t have Facebook. He was going to the Joint and had to cancel, he had his monthly fee come out by autopay each month. He cancelled by email and they continued to withdraw the funds from his account. After 4-5 months they admitted they didn’t stop the withdraw and said they had processed a refund, it has been several months and no refund. He has had to file a fraud claim with his bank..hopefully this works as $400 is a lot of money they are stealing from him! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RIP... read more
