Hey there! Thanks for teaching the front desk attendant to LIE to me, obligating me to a two month plan because "oh we won't have your card on file to charge ongoing" and "you will be on a month to month plan". I know you won't do the right thing and refund my 69.00; you'll play the paperwork game among other reasons. In addition to my coming in tomorrow to cancel and avoid MORE charges, expect my review on Facebook, Twitter, Google, Yelp, and other mediums.
I was pressured into the 2 month plan. On my 3rd visit, the chiropractor I saw forced an adjustment in my neck that caused pain for 3 days. I felt incredibly rushed every time I went it. They didn't spend the time to actually listen to my concerns much less address then. No stretching or any other suggestions were given to assist with my healing process in between sessions. I attempted to cancel my plan on the second month and they are refusing to refund for services that I will not be using. Don't waste your money here. Go ... read more
