I spoke to a young lady at the front desk about coming to this location as I was a VA member at one point. I was told that since that membership was cancelled, I needed to register here as a new patient and she would email me the paperwork. I asked if she was sure it wouldn't create an issue in the system and she said no. I scheduled an appointment for last Thursday but I had to call and cancel because I wouldn't make it in time. The location is amazing. The doctors truly care about you and your conditions. They take the time with you. What truly surprised me was how quick and efficient they were in the care they provided. No appointment was needed for the first or follow-up visits. I just scan my key card in walk back to a table, update the doctor on anything new going on (which is mostly no). OMG. I first went to The Joint at St. Johns Town Center and was truly amazed as to the simplicity and effective care that was provided. I remember Dr. Cam noting that I can visit any other location in the USA and so I thought I would try out the other location in JAX. Dr. Alyssa is phenomenal. I have been treated by the 3 doctors and LOVE the care that they provide. If you truly want an amazing experience and a compassionate team. Check out The Joint.
Affordable, convenient chiro care. A monthly fee that turns out to be $15 a visit 4 times a month, that is unbeatable. They are open late and on weekends and have offices all over and you can go to all of them, even in other states. Get you in and out no appointment needed.
The staff was very friendly. The staff answer any questions I had. The doctor took care of my needs. I would recommend this to anyone I know.
Fast, cheap, effective. Struggled with my lower back for a long time before doctor Steve. Now I can get it fixed on my schedule and without paying through the nose.

I had never been to a chiropractor in the past. I was kind of skeptical at first, not knowing what to expect. Starting with the front desk, I was made welcome as soon as I step in the door. As far as the chiropractor goes, he asked what the issue was. He then, told me exactly what he was going to do and how that would help my situation. After the adjustment, he explained to me what I should do at home as far as exercises to do. After a few months of visits, I have not had an issue since.
