My back was hurting pretty bad before I got there! They did the adjustments that my back needed. I am still sore, but not hurting like I was, my back muscles are still very tight!
My neck and back get out of alignment and the fix and show me different exercises to do through out the week.
I just have to rave on Dr. Jake, at The Joint Chiropractic (Rocksprings Plaza). I absolutely love going to the chiropractor, I’ve been seeing a chiropractor off and on most of my life. I’m not sure why it never occurred to me to go see a chiropractor for my hand/elbow issues and cubital tunnel stuff when the Doctor recommended surgery last year, but boy am I glad I mentioned it to Dr. Jake. Dr. Vega and Dr. Nalbone are the best! Always so helpful with the aches and pain that I have. Totally recommend coming and seeing them.
Today was my first visit that my co-worker recorded. Dr. Vega was awesome and she explained me what type of adjustment she needed to work on. I’ve been having so much pain and numbness on my neck to all the way lower back. So my first adjustment today made my neck and back feel better. But I believe it’ll be better for couple more sessions. I am looking forward to see and hopefully she can make difference. Package deal wasn’t too expensive.
Dr Vega is amazing! I come every week so I stay functional. The military broke my body but Dr Vega keeps me up and running. If you have sciatica pain ask for the people's elbow.
Dr. Vega is awesome! After my first visit/adjustment yesterday 75% of my shoulder pain is gone. Had the best night sleep in weeks and I feel this buzz going through me like she opened the flood gates that had been blocked and my body is loving it! Can't wait to see what the next few visits hold for me. Thank you Dr. Vega <3
