The joint offers great services but their upper management needs to be reworked. During COVID they charged my card and I could not cancel it because they were not open. I did a stop payment via my bank and someone how they charged another month for a total around $160. I was able to call a second time to the Joint and cancel but they would not return my money. Recommendedwent today and Dr modi fixed a 8-year problem of my leg for my knee cap to my waist being numb and painful. he adjusted things in my leg no other doctor are done and now I can walk fine and I can completely feel my leg after 8 years of being numb I had a headache for 3 or 4 days went in there he said my Atlas was out fix it immediately headache gone 30 seconds later my two L4 L5 discs that are herniated he gave me instant relief on those to wear I don't feel any pain or neuropathy from that either and they were pressing agai... read more
Love it , I work crazy hours 6O hours a week , sometime 7 days a week but can always get in with the 7 days open , no appointments so if my hours change not a problem I go when I can and very affordable and the Dr. are awesome never had a bad one ! So glad I found the joint has helped me so much !! I’m much healthier 😄
Its great having choices of doctors. And I love the convenience of hours. When your back goes out on a Friday evening, you don't have to wait till Monday to try to get an appointment. It's available every day of the week!
Fraudulent and unethical business practices. What ever you do, don't sign a contract with this company. They charged me over $100.00 without rendering services and refused to refund the money.
This last visit I actually feel worse than I did when I went in to see the doctor.
I’ve been going to The Joint for over a year now. My neck & shoulders are no longer tight & tensed up all the time!! I finally found relief from the every day stress of my job! Love the doctors and the staff! Great place! Would highly recommend it to anyone considering chiropractic!
Just left and I can't say how amazing that was! Dr. Costa fixed my back! The magic he worked I felt immediate relief from the pain and it's been years!
