Front desk is always an issue at this location. They need to fix the card scanner. they couldn't pull up my account by my phone number, give them my drivers license, lady behind desk asks for my name.. did they think I handed em a fake ID? How insulting!! And please don't respond to this post, just fix the card reader!!! It's been broke since you opened! I don't even know if it's broke, now I'm suspicious y'all are just worried about people sharing accounts or something.
I wanted to give this place a chance but after about 7 visits and being literally screamed at by the last doctor I saw on a Monday, I am done. The doctors change like underwear and most are unprofessional and rude. They don't take the time to hear your concerns and just have the overall attitude of disregard. They try to get you in and out in under five minutes and most don't even tell you their names.
