Called to get information about setting up an appt for my daughter ,the the receptionist was curt and rude .I asked questions about the appt and she was totally rude and condescending .I have made aappointments in other depts and never received this kind of attitude.The hospital should screen these people or teach them customer service .Thoroughly disappointed in John Hopkins
