JOHN HOPKINS (ER) IN COLUMBIA, MD IS AN OUTSTANDING HOSPITAL Yesterday, I had to check myself into JH through the Emergency room (ER) due to severe pain that I was experiencing. From the moment that I arrived at the emergency room and walked in thru the double doors the security staff greeted me and was very helpful and accommodating. He saw me struggling to make it in and immediately offered to bring over a wheelchair and told me to take the time that I needed because if you ever been in pain "huge ouch".
