Tony did a marvelous job on a 14k watch case with a cracked lug. Laser welding capability sets the Jewelry Doctor apart from other shops in the area. Service was quick with good communication and post-work videos to ensure I was satisfied.
Unparalleled customer service and quality of work — brought in an old pair of blue glass earrings to refinish in 14k yellow gold, the result was stunning and significantly upgraded the quality and appearance of the earrings. I also brought in a family heirloom ring — black star sapphire flanked by two rubies set in silver — which needed reset. I have been coming to the Jewelry Doctor for years! Tony and Megan provide exceptional service — they offer top-quality craftsmanship, reasonable prices and expert advice. They are also extremely trustworthy, taking many precautions to protect your valuables. I would never take my jewelry repairs anywhere else. (And I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!!)
