I was in on dec 19 2015 and I got an appraisal on engagement ring, she is THE BEST really friendly and professional at the same time, I went in with out knowing anything about my ring, by the time I left her office I knew every little detail about the ring because she walks u step by step, I deff raccomend Her to all people out there to go to her, she will deff see me in the future again for more appraisal...
Wow! An amazing experience that put my mind at ease. Always there to answer any questions and gave great advice. The report was very detailed and concise. I had an engagement ring and necklace appraised in order to attain insurance. Deborah recommended me an insurer. She also walked me through the process of cleaning my jewelry. Would recommend to anyone! She is the best!
Thank you Debórah for going above and beyond for an absolutely gorgeous engagement ring! Debórah helped me custom design the ring, pick out the exact diamonds, and most importantly gave me her time to explain the most minute details of the process. THE BEST! THE BEST! THE BEST! There is no other way to describe Deborah. She is extremely detailed and knowledgeable. I can't even begin to explain how comfortable I was during her appraisal and how satisfied I was when I left. She is the wizard of all appraisals. Deborah is an absolute goddess. I went to get a ring of mine appraised and as soon as I sat in Deborah's chair, she warmly struck up a conversation with me as she inspected my ring. Not only did she carefully inspect my piece, but she explained every detail of what she was doing to me, including describing the type of diamonds I had in my ring and showed me examples on larger props she had on her desk.
