I felt comfortable the minute I walked through the front door. The two rooms that comprise the office felt more like someone's home. I was seen in less than five minutes. Deborah the jewelry appraiser was amazing! I'm so happy our jeweler recommended her because she was totally and completely honest the entire time and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable as she appraised my engagement ring. First off let me start off by saying Deborah is heaven sent!!! I am so glad my mother-in-law suggested I go see her to have my engagement ring appraised!!! She is so knowledgeable and supportive!! She is a professional and one of a kind!! She explained all of the aspects of my engagement ring come to find out that the ring was clarity enhanced (which the jeweler told my fiancé it wasn't ) and it is an old diamond (belonged to someone else and was bought my an estate)!!! Deborah was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in we were greeted by her partner/husband who was super friendly. After meeting Deborah, she prompted us that her job is to give it to us straight and help us throughout the process – whatever it may be. I needed an appraisal for an engagement ring so I went to The Jewelry Appraiser not knowing what to expect. All I have to say is Deborah is amazing!! She explained everything to me about the ring and the details which definitely made me feel at ease. Id recommend her to anyone she is the best!

Great experience! Deborah is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I brought a ring, two pairs of earrings, and a bracelet, ring and necklace set. I made an appointment, she saw me on time, and she gave me all the time I needed and answered all my questions. She took great photos of the pieces, and cleaned them free of charge. I would recommend her services to everyone!!
