This review is long over due. My husband and I had the best time ever at our appointment! I needed my engagement ring appraised and Deborah was incredibly thorough. Time flew by and we were able to learn more about my ring and diamonds in generally. It definitely was a pleasure and we would recommend to family and friends to get their appraisals here! We will definitely be returning to Deborah for all of our jewelry needs.
My husband and I went to the Bahamas for our 5th year wedding ann. and my husband wanted to buy me a very nice diamond ring for our ann. when we got there. My mother in law has gone to Park Lane jewelers anytime we went on cruises and she trusted them so we had went straight to park lane and got a nice ring that we were told was an SI1 and G color diamond. My husband and I were clueless about my engagement ring, so I made an appointment with deborah.. I was soo impressed with her knowledge, she held nothing back and didn't sugarcoat anything.. I was there in her office with her, during the duration of her inspection of the ring. She let me see it under her microscope and the fluorescent lighting.. you can tell she loves what she does and that's what makes you comfortable around her. I would Def recommend her to anyone looking for an appraiser.
Deborah was very “in tune” with my gems, almost as if they spoke to her. She explained to me in great detail the carat size and quality of the item I was having appraised. She assessed the setting and explained why the designer probably had the stones set the way he did.
