My sister had some issues with a ring and they went completely out of their way to make things right. Even driving to the house we were staying at to drop the ring off just before midnight because my sister needed to catch a flight early the next day.
Dan is wonderful! Very honest, great customer service! I came all the way from American Samoa to have him resize the ring he originally made for me 15 years ago, and he is not disappoint. Will be coming back again on our next trip
