Love it! Great music, the food is awesome, excellent customer service... I live 2 hours away, every time I'm in the area or passing through stopping at The Jerk Pit is an absolute must!!!

A small joint run from what used to be someone's home near UMD, and it has some of the most authentic Jamaican food in the DC area? Yup!
The jerk and curry chicken is so bomb. I highly recommend it
The staff was super friendly the food was amazing we ordered jerk shrimp, whole jerk chicken, and Jamaican patties to die for!!!!
