Had the Oxtail and my friend had the jerk pork. Lawd that was delicious! Good for take out out not dining in.

The first time I went there and everybody were very courteous and very nice. I tried the coco bread, the green bananas, plantains, jerk pork, jerk chicken, brown stew chicken and curry chicken. A great first experience with Jamaican cuisine. Will go back anytime.

Definitely will no longer come here to spend my hard earned money. I have been coming to this establishment for over a year and never had any issues with the quality of the food. The food is amazing. The customer service here is what's making me no longer give you guys my business. Last night I came in to place an order and one of the cooks came out from the back to ask if me and my friend had been assisted. We said "no but we are ready to order". I spoke to the cook and she says she specifically came up front to assist you because you had been standing at the counter for a while. She says you asked about 6 beef patties and she put up her hand and asked you to hold on while she went to see if we had enough for your order. Ordered through Eat St and was informed of a 45-60 min wait for delivery. Two hours later, I call the restaurant and was told my food was still there and they do not do deliveries through Eat St only Grubhub. No where on Eat St, did it sat takeout only. They need to make sure all companies used for food order services has the correct information about the services they will be providing. I ended up waiting three hours for food I could have drove 10 mins to pick up or not have ordered at all, had I known. I will not order fro... read more

Thank you for your review. When did you.place email your order? I apologize you were misinformed. We do deliveries for all companies that we list with as long as your address is within our 5 mile delivery area. We use a 3rd party delivery company and the cashier should have manually requested a driver (with GrubHub & Eat24 they automatically get the orders). Again, I apologize for this frustrating experience and hope Eat Street refunded your money. Please tell me what day anf time this was.
