I've lived here for a few years and have really enjoyed it. The property manager Major has made my lease renewal process smooth and was always quick to respond. The maintenance team is also prompt whenever something needs to be fixed. Overall, it's been a great place to live!
Went to do a self-tour today. I’m a believer in how you do anything is how you do everything. Why in the world would you have people tour a FILTHY apartment? It takes absolutely no effort to get the place cleaned before allowing it to be shown. You could not make a worse first impression on a potential tenant. I can only imagine how disconnected management is after you move in! Yikes on trikes.

Great location and easy to transfer units if something opens you're interested in. I've been in this building for almost 6 years. There's also access to EV chargers in the garage.
