Location, location, location is the best part about living here. The building is updated but it’s an old building so the walls can be a little thin and little things can pop up, like a roof leak (was repaired within a reasonable time frame, 1.5 weeks), the A/C went out (repaired within a week), and hot water went out and fixed within 24 hours. One of the displeasures of living next to this apartment is their noisy tenants. There is one tenant on the first floor that won't respect quiet hours and talks extremely loudly with his balcony door open. Extremely disrespectful, would not recommend living here. Edit: Looked at floor plan and it’s unit 102, it’s the unit closest to the gate facing Sawtelle Blvd 09/24: Still ongoing, different groups of female tenants loudly laughing and talking.
