Great location and easy to transfer units if something opens you're interested in. I've been in this building for almost 6 years. There's also access to EV chargers in the garage.
Before doing any kind of review, I wanted to be living in the community for a while. So far, so good since moving in June 2025. The neighbors seem friendly. My kitchen sink was backing up one weekend and the onsite manager, Major was very helpful with resolving the issue super late on a Saturday. Jose, the maintenance man has also been great with completing requests in a timely manner. Noise has been minimal, which is great for such a lively neighborhood. There’s also many great Asian food places nearby, which is a plus.
Major's the best -- quick to respond and very helpful. Great location and value.
Major and Jose are the best. I can say with 100% certainty I would have not renewed if Major and Jose didn’t work here. Great guys and genuinely care about making sure you have a nice place to live.
