I adore my care team and everyone is so helpful and genial, including the excellent front desk personnel.
I went in there today to see if I qualified for dental work. Erica the receptionist was nothing but kind and helpful. I hope everyone I deal with there is as kind as her.
UPDATE: I got a bill for $135, the woman I called in billing said it was a mistake and that she'd take care of it for me. Today I got a bill for $155. The new woman in billing said I had to pay up. This is bs. !! They literally only brushed her teeth! The receptionist on 9/11/25 went above and beyond to help get my toddlers teeth looked at, that was spectacular. THEN the dental assistants and the Dentist were amazing to my toddler. Thanks for putting up with the crying!
Receptionist was rude and incompetent. Stating they did not take my insurance without verifying WHAT insurance I had.
