HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! They do not help or care!!! save yourselves and your loved ones do not go here!! My mom called for an emergency appt the day before she died, SHE WAS A PATIENT OF THEIRS THEY DO NOT LISTEN TO THEIR PATIENTS OR THE PATIENT'S FAMILIES. THEY DO NOT CARE. I've been going to this location for years, and it's always been mediocre at best, but over the last 6-8 months, they have made a lot of changes, and I really like it, there are no more rude staff, they've been replaced with some very nice and respectful people, so I have no complaints at all. Anytime I need anything, they are always on top of it. If I have a problem with any refills, they get it fixed right away. So, all of the bad reviews that you see are old, from years ago, and they should go back and see how much better... read more
The new managers very rude. not very pleasant attitude all the time I'm the regular patient I am very well known as the managers just rude no customer service staff look unhappy when she's around feels tense when she is in there they went to having three people on the front to having one person doing everything overall place not very good and the therapist also don't do their job very good
It's been very sad ,, I can't get nebulizer refills on the weekend because they are closed. I can call and leave 10 messages and never get a return call. I had to suggest a pulmonologist when they could hear my breathing from the next room ,, I tried getting a new Dr and was told earliest I can be seen is 4 months later ,, of course the same day I called I ended up in emergency room w covid 19 and pneumonia,,, my O2 is 90 and I have seen it go to 72 and I'm going to die very soon because no one can figure out what's happenin... read more
I chose this facility for a new primary Care physician. First off, I called on a Monday for a pretty pressing issue with insomnia that was at a critical level and was impressed that they were able to get me in almost immediately and work around my class schedule. Amanda was chosen to be my new PCP. The wait time was very minimal and all of the staff are extremely polite. The building itself and the grounds are very clean and maintained.
