I’ve with the Greenfield location for 2 years. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with the entire staff. Dr. Downard, Rachel, Jordon, and receptionist are very kind and helpful. I also go to the mental health center with Christina Bitzer (NP) and the lady that takes vitals are both amazing Christina is very kind, understanding listens to me and we discuss medications. I had forward all my son vaccinations to the hospital but then also email to one of staff person email saying she didn’t get it while we took our son there she said there one missing from chart of his age but then I had suspicion because the doctor from New York said all his shot are up to dated what/why were a vaccine was given to home when I went I called they would hang up and say the nurse isn’t there but when I drove 30 min n back to hospital they sent nurse try cover up their mistake make us look stupid when I told im ... read more
I have been calling and asking about IOP with this place for over a week. They keep saying they do not know what services they are going to be getting with the merge of gallahue (sp), but when I called gallahue, they said Jane Pauley does know and they aren't telling people until July 1st. So instead of just giving me a straight up answer for my son who is struggling with mental health they wait and then tell me today they are not going to have IOP services, however the lady from gallahue said that they will in fact have the... read more
Staff is unfriendly, doesn’t seem trained on how to deal with people struggling with mental health, and in general this place barely seems like a real medical facility. I’m not convinced anyone is qualified that is working there
Had an awful experience here. Christina Beltzer? Terrible human. Lacks empathy. Shouldn’t be working with people that experience mental health crisis. Very rude, shrewd, and unkind to interact with.
