Had a day pass to end a three day girls tennis trip. Valet parking excellent - the ladies I was with had the poor guys go to the car twice to put things in or take things from the car. Beach service not so great. It wasn't very crowded and we had long waits and incorrect orders. The hotel looked great but we had to leave the beach at 5 and the pool by 7. Price was worth it but we should have done more research.
We stayed at the Royal Palm South Beach Miami in February and had a truly memorable experience, thanks in large part to the exceptional service of two amazing team members — Mirjana and Pedro.
