I did a virtual tour with a young lady named Desiree, she was so helpful and very polite. She answered all my questions with no hesitation. This virtual tour was by far, one of the best that i have done. Desiree made the experience so wonderful! She definitely made me way more interested in the property than any other person has, while doing a tour. Keep up the good work! Thank you for all the help Desiree. 😁

We moved in a year ago and to begin with it was great but it’s gone downhill since. Hallways and breezeways are nasty with garbage on them, noise is crazy, someone comes up the stairs it shakes your apartment, plus for a “non-smoking community” there’s the constant smell of marijuana or cigarettes every time I walk out of me door. Not only for me but my husband and son this isn’t ok. The gate is broke. The majority of the time, the new outdoor activity center shouldn’t have replaced the play ground. Now kids are in front of ... read more

The hallways/breezeways are disgusting. They clean them once or twice a year instead of weekly or monthly. The rents are high and although the inside of the apartments are attractive to the eye when you step out your door into the breezeways/hallways/lobbies it’s disgusting. They clean them seasonal saving money.

Since moving in a year ago I’ve downgraded from four stars to two for three main reasons: the “clubhouse” is only accessible during office business hours and the condition of the areas that can’t readily be seen, namely hallways and breezeways, are deplorable. I have to sweep twice a week if I want the area to look presentable for guests. Also, since there is no sound barrier between floors, the overhead neighbors footfalls are quite aggravating especially at 12-1 am. To their credit, the maintenance staff is skilled, effici... read more

We visited the property while in Georgia for a state move in September. Loved the community and its surroundings. 👫💕

It’s a great community. People who work here do care about keeping everything (including relationship with residents) at the top level. It is conveniently located to 316 and I-85, si reaching Atlanta is never a problem (unless you need to do it in the mornings). The property is very well maintained, they provide great fitness and yoga classes at the gym, pool is fantastic and from time to time they organize events for the residents at the club house. I really enjoy living here.

Despite the temporary construction, we are truly enjoying our time here at The James. The upgrades are great, office staff is polite and helpful, and maintenace requests are taken care of in a timely manner! The complex is generally clean, and I feel safe, not only in my home, but also walking around outside any time of day or night. Although we miss the gym during its renovation, we are looking forward to the upgrades there as well. All in all, I would definitely recommend this complex!
