The location was great and I liked the appliances and modern look. The con was size of apartment but worse was the customer service. I was a resident there since getting stationed in Norfolk two years ago. The initial manager Alicia Brandon was outstanding!! I had to move out in February of this year because unfortunately they got a new manager who never returned phone calls or email inquiries - staff didn't communicate regarding tenants requests. I do have to say that Kathleen was a helpful staff. They also started charging... read more
Not only one of the best in downtown, But with Alicia and her crew, everything is almost perfect, anything wrong is taken care of immediately and having only just over 70 apts, this makes it much more exclusive! Thanks To Alicia and Her Team!!!����
The James Apartments are one of the most beautiful apartment complexes all throughout the #Downtown #Norfolk area!
We renters are a spoiled bunch. We are given a property manager who would do anything for us; regularly scheduled meet-n-greet parties of the highest quality; clean, lovely rooms that are situated in the epicenter of entertainment and dining-Granby Street. The James is missing nothing.
