They are very quick to call with billing issues but in a crisis you will never hear back from them.
Dr. Hobbs always seems like she's annoyed that you're there and put out that she has to speak with you. I went here for nearly a year before I quit because it felt like she was shaming me for needing mental health help. I strongly recommend you find someone else.
I had left a 1 star review because I had called a bunch of times and never got a response. But the owner had called me and got my scheduled and explained it was a technical issue. Now I feel like a jackass but they seem like nice people so 5 stars. Got me scheduled pretty quickly and soon. Nice people
The people at the Jackson Center are kind and informed.
