Verified Renter Maintenance is always great! I put in a work order for my kitchen sink on a Sunday thinking I would probably have to wait until Monday. Within minutes there was a maintenance tech at my door to fix it. I forgot to get a name, but he is always courteous and professional

Verified Renter Keys indoor and undone Washer was left open, shelves on floor, and keys were left in my front door. This felt very unsafe as a young woman living alone!

Verified Renter Wonderful staff, safe community When we were searching for an apartment for my daughter and her best friend, we just randomly stopped in at the Ivy. We are so glad we did! The staff has been so helpful, the lease was easy to complete, and the communication of the team is fantastic . The community is very quiet and feels very safe. Many amenities for residents. We are so happy we found the Ivy!
