This place is awful and management are not honest at all. Poorly maintained apartments always flooding.
One week after I moved in to IVY APARTMENT my daughter found BED BUGS at the ceiling, all over the ceiling, little holes. Other residents told me they found bed bugs also in their apartment. The manager has the nerves to accused us and state that we bring it . She asks to pay $850 for treatment. This is a really nasty place, don't be fooled by the look outside. Management lied to me several times. Maybe it was because they went through several in the 6 months I lived there. I asked ahead of time what needed to be paid in order for me to get my deposit back and paid the amount. They still took my deposit. I was told I had to pay a prorated amount for March, so I did. And then they took another $100 from my deposit saying that because my lease had turned into a "month to month" it went up. THIS WAS NOT DISCUSSED WHEN I WENT TO SIGN MY 60 NOTICE. New management is sucks, not body help in this office, manager just make excuses for all u ask for and believe me I was living here for more than 5 years don't lose you time and money
Management is horrible and apartments are old, outdated, and extremely over priced. Repair crews do substandard work, so anything that gets "fixed" will need repeated repairs.
