My husband and I toured the community on June 27th and were thrilled to find out a 3bdrm 2.5bath townhouse had just come available. We immediately submitted an application as the Assistant Property Manager, Jennifer, made it sound as though it was an anomoly for a 3bdrm to come available since they only have 8 of the units. The Ivy has the best crew. That’s always tend to my needs and also one of the best properties and maintenance.
I was charged $100 late fee because the office says I was SIX (6) minutes late. I've been a resident for 2.5 years (30 consecutive months) NEVER late on rent. This review is worth the read to show you why you shouldn't spend your hard earned money here. I was hurricane prep shopping and had JUST missed the office closing on the 5th.
