Verified Renter Good experience living at The Isle. However, the rent increases over the past two years have been too aggressive. It would behoove the revenue management team to learn how to retain business (tenants) with less aggressive increases rather than having an empty apartments. My early bird increase was $141 and now the apartment is listed for less than what I’m currently paying per month. I understand supply and demand but with this strategy seems more reactive and revenue management should be proactive.
