Love this place! Every time I’ve been it has been busy, but staff takes care of you with a smile and you can get a tasty beverage while you wait. The food is way delish!

Took visiting family there and had a horrible meal and service. Food was cold or over-cooked, server had bad attitude. We are locals and were embarrassed to have taken our visiting family there. Too many other great Sanibel restaurants to visit before you would ever consider this one

Love the muffins brought to the table to start out with... delicious variety! Most delicious french fries and deep fried grouper basket anywhere...huge serving and reasonable prices!

We eat at the Island cow everytime we are on the island. Breakfast is great, lunch and dinner even better. The gator bites are very good, My wife, step daughter and the twins love Kristina's angle hair pasta.

The service is superior, the food tasty, portions huge... It's a fun atmosphere with the decor of cows, cool tee shirts to buy that the servers wear-I have 2. I ate there 3 times in my 6 day stay on Sanibel. I had blueberry pancakes-short stack, which were huge, they pair it will hash brown potatoes and seasonal fruit. I could barely eat it all...i had the grouper tacos for lunch; they were so large I had to eat them with utensils.
