This was our first visit to Sanibel Island. We are from Winston-Salem, NC. Winding down the beautiful streets of Periwinkle Way we ran across one of the Local hotspots in Sanibel, FL. Island Cow is not just a tourist attraction but seems to be a local favorite. Loved the view. My wife and i had lunch at the Island Cow yesterday ( 1/21/2018 ). As expected we waited about 25 minutes to be seated but it was a gorgeous day and we didn't mind. Everything was great, the food, the Margaritas and the service. Although the restaurant was pretty busy our waitress took time to check on us a few times and before we left she invited us to come back. I'm quite sure that we will.

Great clitchy place, good menu, good food, good service. Nice beachy ambiance. Wait staff should promote their coffee offerings however. The minute we sat down we were asked what we wanted to drink and were not directed to the menu for the scrumptious coffees they offer. So we simply said "coffee" and that is what we were served of course.
