The coconut and confetti muffins are amazing. Huge portions and affordable with great staff and margaritas.

We go to Sanibel frequently and The Island Cow is always a must. Our food is always amazing , fresh, and fast. The atmosphere is amazing and fun. We have always had amazing service as well. I suggest the grouper to anyone new to this place ! Love Love Love island cow !

A must to visit when you are on Sanibel Island. The meal was superb and reasonably priced which to equals great value! Very pleasant and relaxing wait for our table outside in the back while we waited for our table. Great wait staff and charming atmosphere.

First time to Sanibel and I’m so glad we ate at the Island Cow! We had the Oyster Basket, Blackened Mahi Taco and the Crunchy Grouper Taco. Our server, Tammy, was the bomb. My only complaint was the Watermelon Smash drink, weak and way overpriced but the beer was cold and at 1.99, it can’t be beat🍻 Definitely
