After a 14hr drive, the hotwel's recommendation for 'The Iron Daisy' sounded fantastic. My wife and were very excited. Showed up to what look like an abandoned/condemned disaster. No lights, no indication of business from earlier-- nothing. I've seen fraternity houses that looked better than this. I seriously hope it was a matter of them closing hours early. What a shame.

Tex-mex, Tally style. They've got beyond beef, jackfruit, vegan cheese and sour cream. So, very vegetarian and vegan friendly. Where else can you get a vegan beef chimichanga?! Excellent flavors and everything is mild, so safe for anyone. I hear their fried chicken tacos are fantastic. Creative margaritas are a hit. Daily lunch specials... queso, guac for chips. Plenty of outdoor seating. Excellent place to stop if you're already in the All Saints or Gaines St area.

I had the chicken burrito. It was fantastic. Sucks that they are closing. Grab one before it's gone.
